Virtual consultations with a Vaginal-steam Facilitator for at-home vaginal steams. Sessions by phone or online (Zoom audio). Requires start and ends dates of your last 3-6 cycles (if applicable). Herb blends are recommended but offered separately. It's best to schedule a consultation for the week before your next period. Note: vaginal steaming is NOT advised during --- -An active menstrual cycle or active bleeding/spotting -Pregnancy, suspected pregnancy, or after ovulation if trying to conceive -Use of certain birth control methods (arm implant, tubal ligation, etc) unless willing to use alternate birth control method -The experience of burning vaginal itch -All information provided is strictly confidential and never shared without your consent. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The V Consultation 1 session + 1 steam plan @ US$30.00 Available virtually (phone/WhatsApp) or in-person (Louisiana).
